Inspiration

The collection is named after Fatima’s beautiful yet strong Grandmother and is inspired by a passion, which draws from the influences of Fatima’s family, her inherent sense of style, Arab aesthetics and a fusion of cultures within the UAE.

From this, Fatima transforms rare and precious gems from the earth and turns them into bespoke objects of desire.

Dujaan is the premier collection from Ruwaya. Each piece evokes dramatic design and style to make an unmistakably bold statement.

Marari - A love that lasts forever

Marari is a collection inspired by the tradition of long chains, often worn by Arab women, with every link and stone handcrafted, they are symbolic of everlasting love.

Nayra - Gazing at the stars

Meaning "shining", Nayra takes the signature style of Dujaan, and applies it to more delicate pieces, so you can make a bold statement every single day

Craftsmanship

The creation of every Ruwaya piece begins with the stone. Fatima handpicks precious stones that “talk” to her through their energy, their colour and their radiance. She then uses each stones’ unique personality to craft her vision. As the piece takes shape, the physical attributes of the stone will help define the final design. The jewelry is handcrafted around the stones which are positioned in such a way as to best represent their natural beauty, colour and energy.
